None of the major networks have called it yet, but the last batch of results have come back in North Carolina. With 100% reporting, Obama is leading John McCain by 11,246 votes, picking up the Southern state's 15 Electoral College votes. While provisional votes may have yet to be counted, it's difficult to see how McCain could make up the difference.
