Before "CCW"s any old gun could be sold to the highest bidder.-The LAW must say, anyone selling a gun MUST check with ATF-FBI- for seller and buyer--then reregister the weapon to the new owner--IF NOT THEY BOTH SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH A FELONY! When any weapon is stolen, it must be immediatly reporeted or owner will do jail time as complicit-
FDR --"All weapons- grenades-morter shells,-rifles- hand guns (Army weapons) brought here as souvenirs, must be permanently dis-armed-(firing pins removed ETC.) Grampa has a Mauser, dis-armed in great-grandsons collection.Dad had Shells emptied to make table lighters from- etc.-Had to take it to the federal bldg. in Cleveland Ohio--for an O.K.(safe)
